This video is the sixth Module of the ESCAP e-Learning Series: Business Process Analysis to Simplify Trade Procedures. The preceding module, Module 5, was about capturing and documenting the “as-is” or existing business processes. This module now focuses on analyzing these business processes and developing the recommendations needed to improve them.
