Localizing the 2030 Agenda in Asian & Pacific Cities

Building on lessons learned and achievements from this project, ESCAP has developed a self-paced eLearning course to support urban stakeholders interested in understanding how to localize the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through sustainable management of natural resources in urban areas.
The course objectives are to:

• Strengthen capacities to adopt processes and understand the benefits of collaborative governance, integrated analysis and planning, and evidence-based decision-making;
• Share guidelines and tools to mainstream and accelerate the adoption of the SDGs in local actions for urban resource management; and
• Support implementation of urban resource management projects through step-by-step building blocks and co-development of sustainable urban resource management strategies.
