This Training Manual on Disability Statistics is a joint product of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP). This Training Manual provides an overview of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) framework for disability measurement as well as implementation guidelines on disability data collection, dissemination and analysis.
