Third Meeting of the Technical Working Group (TWG) on Disaster-related Statistics

The objectives of the meeting were:

to discuss the responses to the questionnaire on state of production, dissemination, and use of disaster-related statistics in Asia - Pacific countries for the preparation of a Regional Situation Analysis Report that will provide the basis for the TWG’s mid-term work strategies;
to provide information on the availability of the e-learning course on disaster-related statistics for pilot-testing by the members of the TWG; and
to share good country practices on the production of disaster-related statistics.
