The Asian and Pacific Training Centre for ICT for Development (APCICT/ESCAP), in partnership with the E-Government Projects Management Center under the Ministry for Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan, will be conducting a National Webinar on Digital Government and Transformation on 26-28 September 2022.
The event will provide an overview of how digital technologies can be used to improve the quality of governance and public administration in Uzbekistan. The training programme will focus on design approaches for digital government and the implementation of digital government projects, including emerging technologies such as cloud and artificial intelligence. It also aims to highlight and build on the key principles that are considered useful for digital government strategy and policy.
The webinar is targeted to senior government officials and policymakers, including heads of departments and divisions responsible for the development and implementation of digital initiatives in the country.
