Expert Feedback Session on Legal TINA

As part of the UN global Initiative on Model Provisions for Trade in Times of Crisis and Pandemic in Regional and Other Trade Agreements (IMP), ESCAP has developed a tool aimed at assisting negotiations of legal provisions in regional trade agreements (RTAs), including through advanced RTA text search functionalities, called Legal TINA. Legal TINA is an extension of the original Trade Intelligence and Negotiation Adviser (TINA), focused more on explanation on the text of legal provisions and providing options for provisions in main issue areas of RTAs. This session is organised to collect feedback on Legal TINA from the advisory expert group and potential partners. Legal TINA will be ready for review soon, and the invited experts will receive the link well in advance the session.
