Event Manager – your contact point 

Whether organising a small meeting or putting together a large conference, event planning is a huge task. Every event, no matter how simple or complex, requires detailed planning and organization. Our Event Manager serves as your main focal point and your event partner to walk you through all the steps to deliver a successful event and meaningful event experience.  

Technical Facilitator / Conference Room Officer 

Our skilled Technical Facilitator / Conference room Officer ensures your speakers and attendees, and your team feel at ease and competent at your event. From preparing your speakers and attendees with relevant technical guides and technical briefing to bring them on-board with confidence, to keeping your schedules and your attendees on track and ensuring each and every session runs smoothly, our team are here to help and support you. 

Audio Visual Technician / Technical Support 

When it comes to Audio Visual, it can be very overwhelming if you don't have the most technical background. The more complex of your event, the more complex your AV. Our Audio/Visual experts and technical support team are ready to address every aspect of your AV demands and guide you through a well-planned, thoughtfully-considered Audio Visual setup - from connecting devices and sharing materials, operating conference facilities, recording and live streaming, to ensuring the backend and troubleshooting support through live chat and on-site support on the day of the event.  

Event Logistics Support (Virtual and On-site) 

Setup of the meeting rooms and exhibition areas correctly and according to the requirements can have a huge impact on your event. The more comfortable the environment, the more your participants will be at ease and feel at home. Here at the UNCC, the experts in our Logistics team are your trusted partners to make sure that setups are according to your needs. Equipment and furniture are delivered in a timely manner. Our 5 conference halls have the capacity to accommodate from 250 up to 1,000 participants. The 8 small-to-medium size meeting rooms are multi-functional which can be setup in either U-shape, roundtable, classroom or theater style. The exhibition area in Delegates’ Lounge Level 1 and 2 combined have over 2,000 sq. meters of exhibition space to accommodate different kinds of booth. Our “in-house” graphic designer can help create and tailor the design of your banners, backdrops, posters in both hard-copy and/or electronic forms. If you are organizing a virtual event, we can also provide exhibitions on the virtual platform. Attendees can do a virtual walk-around, visit different booths, interact with the exhibitors, other participants and be engaged. 

Registration (Virtual and On-site) services 

A necessary part of all event management is an effective registration process. From on-site registration to online check-ins, our registration team are ready to deliver seamless support throughout the registration process. Through our Events Portal, an online web-based registration, we work with you to create a meeting registration link and communicate directly with your invitees and participants or keep you informed of status update with registration data extract and provide you the registered and attendance reports at the end.
