Session 2: Improving effectiveness of development assistance- prospects for North-East Asia

This session will discuss the main challenges and concerns in ensuring the accountability and transparency of development partners in ENEA. It is a result of the Busan partnership agreement (on effective development cooperation), established with focus on inclusive partnership as an effective implementation and monitoring mechanism for global goals, such as the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).
