This is a concept note of ESCAP Subregional Office for East and North-East Asia (SRO-ENEA)'s first Youth Forum of the Subregion, which is to be held back-to-back with the Global Model UN Meeting(http://www.un.org/gmun/), from 15-17 August 2011 for 70 youth (aged 18-26 years old) who are university students between the ages of 18 and 26 from the subregion(China, Japan, Mongolia, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, the Republic of Korea and the Russian Federation).
