The activities - as varied as cooking classes, baking bread, singing karaoke, walking in the swimming pool, having massage, and casino - as well as the physical structure of the center, are designed to motivate older persons to use their bodies to their own abilities, and the workers of the center will help only after the elderly tried to perform the physical function.
