Description: 

In 2013, the City of Shanghai has established a unified standard to categorize older persons into several different grades of nursing needs, so that the elderly can receive the adequate level of care from nursing home based on their categories. Under the standard, elderly people will be given a comprehensive evaluation, such as self-care ability, cognitive ability, emotional behavior and visual ability.
