HOW TO APPLY FOR
A MEDIA ACCREDITATION
TO UNESCAP'S 60TH COMMISSION SESSION
Media organizations interested in covering UNESCAP's 60th Commission
Session, to be held from 22-28 April 2004 at the Shanghai International
Conference Centre, should make their application for media accreditation
as early as possible.
Media accreditation for overseas press will be facilitated by
the Foreign Affairs Office of the Shanghai Municipal People's
Government.
Procedure
- Complete out Media
Accreditation Application Form for Overseas Press. Please
note that two colour photographs must be attached. These
should be photographs normally used for a passport / visa application.
- Attach a signed letter of assignment
from your editor or executive of the media organization. Applications
without an accompanying assignment letter will not be processed.
- Fill out the Declaration
of Media Equipment for Customs Entry form and attach the
Listing of Media
Equipment for Customs Entry. Use additional pages as necessary.
Where to submit application
Please send the information and photographs NO LATER THAN 15 April
2004 to:
