It contains the report of the Senior Expert Group Meeting on Energy Resiliency and the Integration of Environment into Energy Policy and Planning (Bangkok, 1995) and meeting papers on development issues and challenges of concern to countries of the Asian and Pacific region: energy developments and trends; the integration of environment into energy planning; energy resiliency; and regional energy cooperation.
