An Invitation to a Press Conference
on
The United Nations 60th Anniversary Animation Competition in
Asia-Pacific
On Wednesday, 29 June 2005
Bangkok (United Nations Information Services)
– A joint press conference on the United Nations 60th
Anniversary commemorative animation competition will be convened
by the United Nations and the Software Industry Promotion Agency
(SIPA), Ministry of Information and Communication Technology
on Wednesday, 29 June 2005 at the United Nations Conference
Centre (UNCC).
The press conference will be presented by Mr.
David Lazarus, Chief of United Nations Information Services,
who will introduce the United Nations and the commemorative
activities of the United Nations 60th Anniversary in Thailand;
Ms. Kruewal Somana, Chairperson of the Software Industry Promotion
Agency, who will speak on the collaboration of SIPA with UN
commemorative activities; and Mr. Manoo Ordeedolchest, President
of SIPA, who will speak on the details of the animation competition
as one of the activities to commemorate the United Nations 60th
Anniversary in the Asia-Pacific region.

from 1.00 to 2.30 pm in the Theatre, Ground Floor, UNCC, Rajadamnern
Nok Avenue, Bangkok.
