the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and
the Pacific, and the designated United
Nations Information Centre for Cambodia, Lao Peoples'
Democratic Republic, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand
and Viet Nam.
Among its many services are media and public relations, media
accreditation, public information materials, and group briefings.
The UNESCAP Library houses
a working collection of materials focusing on the challenging
issues faced by the Asia and Pacific region in the economic and
social spheres.
