The Transport and Tourism Division, UNESCAP works with member countries, including the public and private sector stakeholders to help them to optimize and manage the opportunities brought by the deepening of globalization. The division comprizes of three sections: Transport Infrastructure Section, Transport Facilitation Section, and the Transport Policy and Tourism Section.

The Transport Policy and Tourism Section is, inter alia, responsible for the division's work on financing infrastructure and public-private partnerships for infrastructure development, which is carried out by John Moon, A.S.M. Quium and R. Alexander Roehrl.
