Working Group on the Trans-Asian Railway Network

1st meeting, 15-16 December 2009

To date the Intergovernmental Agreement on the Trans-Asian Railway Network has been signed by 22 member States of which 12 have deposited an instrument of ratification, approval or acceptance with the Secretary-General of the United Nations at UN headquarters in New York.

As per Article 6 of the Agreement, a Working Group on the Trans-Asian Railway network has been established.  The first meeting of the Working Group will be one of the events of the 1st Forum of Asian Ministers of Transport that will convene at the United Nations Conference Centre in Bangkok from 14 to 18 December 2009.  See below for related documents.
