Asian Highway Investment Forum

16 November 2007, Bangkok


The Asian Highway Investment Forum was organized in conjunction with the Second Meeting of the Working Group on the Asian Highway with the objective of creating awareness of investment opportunities in member countries and promoting investment in the priority projects along the Asian Highway.

In addition to representatives from 32 Asian Highway member countries, representatives from international and bilateral financing institutions, donors, international and subregional organizations and the private sector are being invited to participate in the Forum.

Private sector organizations or representatives involved in financing, construction and operation of highways and transport infrastructure wishing to participate in the Forum may contact the Transport and Tourism Division.
