What we do
We work to enhance skills and provide a platform to allow members to exchange views and experiences within the region. Our activities/projects include:
To carry out our activities, research and analytical studies and projects, th e Trade and Investment Division is organized in three sections:
- Trade policy section promotes regional and sub-regional
cooperation in particular for least developed countries at the regional and global level
- Trade efficiency and facilitation section promotes the exchange and harmonization of trade procedures, documents
and information
- Investment and enterprise development section promotes attraction and facilitation of investment and development
of SMEs in particular for the developing economies of the region
