Objective
To build capacity of government officials responsible for trade and transport facilitation from Bangladesh, India, Nepal and Pakistan on planning and managing Business Process Analysis (BPA). The participants will 1) become aware of what BPA is, its value and implication for policy development and implementation, 2) obtain basic skills to conduct a systematic analysis along trade and transit corridors and 3)learn from findings of selected BPA study cases in the Region
