Objective
|
This seminar is intended to develop a good understanding of WTO Trade Policy Reveiw Mechanism and to contribute to building capacity of relevant government departments of the ASEAN LDCs to handle the preparation of Government report and other related materials. In the first week, the seminar will take place at the DTN of the Ministry of Commerce Thailand enabling sharing experiences Thai officials accumulated during the process of preparation of their TPR in 2011. The second week's sessions will take place at ESCAP and will focus on processing to be put in place in order to collect necessary quantitative and qualitative information to not only prepare Government Report but also answer the question which might be raised by WTO Member Governments. |
