Objective
In collaboration with the Department of Trade negotiations of Ministry of Commerce, Thailand, ESCAP is organizing this capacity building programme to provide training on trade in services and investment liberalization negotiations and to enhance the information-sharing and network-building for government officials from Thailand and CLMV countries.
