 In the area of investment promotion and facilitation we assist countries to:
- Enhance skills and institutional capacity in promoting, attracting and facilitating foreign direct investment
- Formulate effective policies and strategies for foreign direct investment promotion and facilitation
- Promote knowledge- and capacity-building through research and analytical studies, policy dialogues, expert group meetings and round table discussions, networking and sharing of good practices
- Improve coordination and coherence among central and local governmental agencies
