- ESCAP-World Bank Trade Cost Database United Nations ESCAP and the World Bank (WB) joined hands to develop a common standard methodology for calculating comprehensive international trade costs and provide the research and policy community with a global reference. The resulting ESCAP-World Bank Trade Cost Database covers 178 countries and is available below, as well as on the WB website
- Asia-Pacific Trade and Investment Agreements Database In order to provide a useful tool for observers and stakeholders (government, researchers and policy analysts) to monitor and analyze the development of trade agreements in this new environment, ESCAP maintains this online database, which comprises three platforms: Trade Agreements Database (TAD); Interactive Trade Indicators (ITI) and Glossary
- ROC-TF Monthly News and Information Sources will keep you abreast of the latest developments and news on trade and investment, as well as recent publications. It covers the following areas: global financial crisis and impact on trade and investment; trade facilitation and trade finance; trade barriers; WTO-related news; regional and bilateral trade agreements; other recent developments related to trade and investment; and new publications on trade and investment
- Interactive Gravity Modeling Database This initiative is designed to more closely integrate the research capacity building and research programme implementation objectives and activities of ARTNeT, particularly under ARTNeT priority Theme 1 (trade, investment and domestic policy coherence for inclusive growth). It includes regional technical research workshops, support for research studies to apply techniques learned, development of related research facilitation tools, and support for dissemination of policy relevant results
- ARTNeT Database of Trade Publications Combines more than 2,500 online trade publications from WTO, ADB, World Bank, UN, other multilateral agencies and institutional members and partners of ARTNeT. Comprehensive search criteria allow users to choose from various trade focus areas, with extended types of online publications from commentary, chapters, discussion and working papers as well as policy briefs and books
- Activities Databases [AMS 1.0 till 31 December 2007 | AMS 2.0 since 1 January 2008], provide user-friendly search tool by type of activity, country, venue, date, purpose and keywords and further links on our past and current activities
- E-TISNET Monthly News and Information Sources will keep you abreast of the latest developments and news on trade and investment, as well as recent publications. It covers the following areas: global financial crisis and impact on trade and investment; trade facilitation and trade finance; trade barriers; WTO-related news; regional and bilateral trade agreements; other recent developments related to trade and investment; and new publications on trade and investment.
- Directory of trade and investment-related organizations of developing countries and areas in Asia and the Pacific provides, in one volume, information about organizations crucial to trade and investment development in the ESCAP region. It contains descriptions of over 300 national and regional organizations, including their contact details, information about services, activities, publications, membership structure, regional branches, etc.
- Trade Information Sources Gateway offers classified and annotated list of selected online information sources
on trade and investment, with particular focus on Asia and the Pacific region. It is intended to serve as a quick and friendly doorstep to the great wealth of online sources of information
on trade and investment. It aims
to be a tool for policy makers,
traders and researchers in the region.
