Tariffs
Art. 12.1: Negative list for industrial goods imported by Turkey. Custom duties abolished except for goods listed in Annex III.
Art. 12.3: Negative list for industrial goods imported by Mauritius. Custom duties abolished except for goods listed in Annex IV and V.
Artt. 12.2 and 12.4: Custom duties on imports of industrial goods listed in Annexes III, IV and V shall be progressively abolished.

Contingency Measures
   Anti - Dumping : Art.20.1:Article VI of GATT 1994, the WTO Agreement on Implementation of Article VI of GATT 1994 and the WTO Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures, and their successors.
   Countervailing Duties : Art.20.1: Article VI of GATT 1994, the WTO Agreement on Implementation of Article VI of GATT 1994 and the WTO Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures, and their successors.
   Safeguards : Art.19: Bilateral Safeguard Measures. Art. 21.1: Article XIX of GATT 1994 and the WTO Safeguards Agreement, and any other relevant provisions in the WTO Agreement, and their successors.

Standards : Art. 24.1: WTO Agreement on Technical Barriers to Trade.
Notes:
The provisions of industrial products shall apply to products originating in the Parties falling within Chapters 25 to 97 of the Harmonized System; with the exception of the products listed in Annex II. Agricultural goods are defined and regulated in art. 16.
