GOODS
Tariffs
For industrial goods (HS 25-97) Turkey eliminates customs duties at entry into force of agreement. Chile eliminates customs duties according to schedule and has some exeptions.
for agricultural goods (HS 01-24) Chile includes a list of exclusions and a list of products with tariff elimination in 6 years. Turkey applies preferential tariffs combined with tariff rate quotas
