About 87% of Singapore's exports will face no tariffs in Peru. Other tariffs wil be phased out in 10 years after FTA's comes into force. No export taxes.

:
Article 10.15 Denial of Benefits Subject to prior notification and consultation according to the procedures set out in Article 17.4 (Consultations), a Party may deny the benefits of this Chapter to an investor of the other Party that is an enterprise of such Party and to investments of such an investor where the Party establishes that the enterprise is owned or controlled by persons of a non-Party, or of the denying Party, and has no substantive business operations in the territory of the other Party.

Article 10.18 Public Debt 1. The Parties recognize that the purchase of debt issued by a party entails commercial risk. For greater certainty, no award may be made in favour of a disputing investor for a claim with respect to default or non-payment of debt issued by a Party unless the disputing investor meets its burden of proving that such default or non-payment constitutes an uncompensated expropriation for purposes of Article 10.10 (Expropriation and Nationalisation) or a breach of any other obligation under this Chapter.
