   Anti - Dumping : Article 14 on Suspension of obligations in case of dumped imports
   Countervailing Duties : Article 14 on Suspension of obligations in case of subsidized imports
   Safeguards : Quantitative import restrictions on the same products are eliminated except for balance of payment purposes
