Negotiations were concluded in May 2010. The Agreement was signed on November 13th 2010 and entered into force in February 2012. The negotiations were concluded in May 2010 and cover Trade in Goods and Cooperation. Negotiations on services and investments will commence within two years after the implementation of the Trade in Goods Agreement.
