Negative list - protocol on exclusions from the free trade regime is the inherent part of the Agreement. Sides undertook to sign the protocol by March 1994.

Art I: detailed rules of origin of goods will be drawn up by the Sides through separate document, which will be the inherent part of the presnet Agreement

Contingency Measures
   Anti - Dumping : 
   Countervailing Duties : Art IX: Sides will not use government assistance through subsidization or through any other form to the enterprises if such assistance causes violation of normal economic conditions
   Safeguards : Art III: permitted, in pre-defined cases such as BOP deficit.
