Rules of Origin
The rules of origin were defined according to the decision of the Council of Heads of Government of Commonwealth of Independent States of 30 November 2000

Contingency Measures
   Anti - Dumping : Parties consider that unfair business practice is incompatible with the Agreement's objective.
   Countervailing Duties : Parties consider that unfair business practice is incompatible with the Agreement's objective.
   Safeguards : QR may be introduced unilaterally in a reasonable manner for defined period in pre-defined cases (article 5) including BOP deficit.

Standards : The Agreement does not stipulate any provisions regarding the standards nor sanitary and phytosanitary measures.
Notes:
The parties agreed on freedom of transit.
