   Safeguards : General safeguard clause allowing the re-esatblishement of the MFN duties for up to 4 years in case of sudden surge in imports.

Standards : Korea will consider as equivalelnt many European standards and recognise European certificates (automotive, pharmaceutical and consumer electronics)
