Art 4: Negative list
Tariff reduction to maximum 15% in 8 years (15 years for Afghanistan)
Notification by each Contracting Party of a schedule of concessions to all member states for gradual and progressive reduction of applied tariffs. Reduction shall not be less than 10 percent per annum of the existing tariff.
