Art I, sec 2
Tariff elimination is implemented in its entirety as of entry into force of the Agreement.
Article 7 of the Agreement commits parties to "endeavor to establish a common customs traiff" vis-a-vis trade of third parties via regular consultations but such process has not been initiated yet.
Rules of Origin
Change in tariff classification and wholly obtained or entirely produced goods applicable as the regime-wide rules of origin
Complete production or processing resulting in change in at least one of the first four HSCDC digits

Contingency Measures
   Anti - Dumping : No provisions except reference in Article 8 to issues of unfair business practices.
   Countervailing Duties : No provisions except reference in Article 8 to issues of unfair business practices.
   Safeguards : No provisions relating to the introduction of safeguard measures, except in cases of balance of payments difficulties.

Standards : No provisions relating to technical barriers to trade and sanitary and phytosanitary measures.

Article 5 provides that all settlement and payments related to trade and economic cooperation between parties should be carried out according to the agreement established between the authorized banks of the two countries. Agreement is of indefinite duration. Article 16 establishes a joint Commission charged with the administration and monitoring of the Agreement.
