HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

• For practical reasons (e.g. shuttle service and special room rates), it is suggested that participants stay at several well-appointed hotels in the immediate vicinity of JCC.
• The following four hotels have been designated as official hotels for the APBF

Note: The above rates are inclusive of breakfast, 21% government tax and service charges.

• The National Organizing Committee has also obtained special rates for participants in the following five alternative hotels, where no shuttle bus service between the hotel, airport and JCC will be provided.

• For hotel reservations, participants are requested to complete the attendance-hotel reservation form (i.e. provide credit card details) and send the completed form directly to the respective hotel of first preference. It is requested that participants make their reservations as early as possible, but no later than 21 March 2006.
   
• All rooms will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and in accordance with the information provided in the attendance-hotel reservation form. In case the accommodation requested is not available, the National Organizing Committee will make every effort to assist the arrangement for suitable alternative accommodation.
   
• The hotel will confirm the reservation made via return email or fax and it is each participant’s responsibility to notify the hotel in the event of any subsequent change of the reservation at least 48 hours in advance. Rooms not occupied in accordance with the latest advice will be held for 24 hours at the participant’s expense and then released.
