- Prepare options for basic

Workshop for testing by countries
- Coordinate with Washington
Group on standard question sets for census
and surveys
- Consider other options
such as WHODAS II
- Report to other disability
forums on the work done in the region
- Send appropriate papers
and reports to participants to facilitate
their ongoing learning
- Assist countries with
advice on ICF
Work for countries
- Move ahead on action
plan, in particular agree with the national
statistical office what collection and/or
assistance it is able to provide
- Study ICF manual, Guidelines
and Principles and other relevant reports
Second Workshop:
Activities/tasks
- Report from countries
about progress on action plans, e.g. user
discussions and needs, changes, improvements,
etc.
- Report on country
decision about collection vehicle, e.g. whether
census, full survey or module will be used
for next data collection
- Discussion of standard
questions and modules for testing by countries
- Further training in question
formulation, testing and interview techniques
- Training in how to bring
existing registers in line with ICF
