This is the first quarterly newsletter of the Pacific Climate Change and Migration (PCCM) Project, a three year project funded by the EU and jointlly implemented by ESCAP, ILO, UNDP with the key goals to strengthen Pacific Island countries' ability to address the impacts of climate change on migration, but also to strengthen their capacity to use labour migration as a way to adapt to climate change impacts.
