This publication reviews perspectives and experiences in the Asia-Pacific region in promoting business and technology incubation systems to improve the competitiveness of small and medium-sized industries through application of technologies. The study analyses initiatives in Bangladesh, Cambodia, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Mongolia, Nepal and Viet Nam.
