This guidebook provides a toolbox to collect, analyze and utilize time-use data and statistics for measuring the unpaid work which remained unaccounted in existing labour force surveys, as well as some valuation techniques to estimate the costs of unpaid work. It also highlights the utilization of time-use data for policy interventions to address developmental issues including gender equality.
