| This publication is the output of the project on "Capacity Building for ICT Policymaking" supported by UNDA and executed in cooperation with UNECE. Project’s main objective was to assist decision makers in Central Asia and the Caucasus in building indigenous capacity for ICT strategy and policy development, in particular for integration of ICT in national development programme. It is the major aim of this publication to assist in reaching the mentioned objective. |
