The first issue of the Review covers such salient trade and investment policy issues as FDI policy issues and the internationalization of production networks; the socio-economic impact and adjustment costs of accession to WTO by LDCs of the region; phasing out of MFA in January 2005; and regional economic cooperation for the rehabilitation of tsunami-stricken countries.
