4th High-Level Dialogue on Financing for Development, Friday 28, April 2017
The ambitious vision of a future of shared and sustainable prosperity, as set out in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development carries a heavy price tag.
Finance ministers, central bank chiefs, senior government officials and experts from more than 30 countries will meet at the 4th High-Level Dialogue on Financing for Development in Bangkok from 28 to 29 April to take stock of regional progress, and discuss the way forward in leveraging finance to implement the 2030 Agenda.
Organized by ESCAP and the Government of Sri Lanka, the High-Level Dialogue will discuss specific policy areas to advance finance for development-related work in the region including tax and public finance, sustainable infrastructure development and financing, and financial inclusion.
