Research

The Information, Communication and Space Technology Division undertakes analytical work supporting advances toward the information society. It assesses situations, analyses patterns, develops policy tools and advocates for appropriate strategic issues.

One of the instruments in this endeavor is the Research Group (RG), which focuses on projects that support the Millennium Development Goals, goals of the World Summit on the Information Society Plan of Action, and other internationally agreed development goals. It aims to enhance collaboration and create synergies among participants in ultidimensional aspects of ICST developments, and benefits therefrom.
