South-East and East Asia Conference on
Follow up to the First Phase and Preparation for Second Phase of the
World Summit on the Information Society
(1-3 February 2005, Bali, Indonesia)

The conference, organized in cooperation with the Government of Indonesia, International Telecommunication Union (ITU), and United Nations Development Programme Asia-Pacific Development Information Programme (UNDP-APDIP), discussed ICT for development particularly in South-East Asia on issues including Regional Action Plan, Pacific Plan, Internet governance, financing ICT for development and ICT for knowledge based disaster management.
