The sub-regional worksohp was held in Viet Nam and brought
together enterprise support agencies, government
stakeholders in discussions of strategizing for
competitiveness and comparative advantages across the
region. Objective
To provide a forum for sharing of experiences and good
practices of enterprise support agencies in approaches taken
for providing e-business development services for SMEs;
To discuss the strategy report and training proposals
prepared by the consultant based on the desk study, the
survey and national stakeholder consultation in each country;
Elaborate further on the needs of enterprise support
agencies for e-business development services and discuss the
measures that can be taken to increase their competitiveness;
and
To promote e-business development to government
decision-makers.
