Objectives
of the national stakeholder consultation, which was
held in Hanoi, Viet Nam, were to:

Identify and discuss main problems and challenges with ESAs
and SMEs in harnessing ICTs for business;

Identify
possible solutions to the problems; and
-
Identify important themes for the e-business training
modules for ESAs.
Participation:
The Meeting was attended by approximately 60 participants
throughout the day from various business associations,
enterprises, IT companies, education institutions and
government agencies. It is important to note that this meeting
had an equal number of men and women attending which is
different from the previous countries where the project has
conducted stakeholder consultations.
