Mission: The mission is to provide rural populations with access to new skills and facilities, from computers and internet to printers, scanners and copiers, and to a range of information resources. The multimedia centre was established to expand the variety of content on the national radio and television services by creating a localised production bureau. The CMC also provides the local Bumthang community with a facility in which to record music and other cultural forms and to produce multimedia.
