Fully Automated Services of Transport Department (FAST) project - to network the 62 offices of the Motor Vehicles Department (MDV) in the State and to convert them into paperless offices.A core team constituted in the office of Transport Commissioner worked with the representatives of M/s Tata Infotech Ltd on this computerization project of the Transport Department.
A gamut of services of the Transport Department like Issue of Driving Licenses, Registration of Motor Vehicles, Issue Permits, Collection of Motor Vehicle Taxes, etc. have been covered.
