E-Way telecentre

Mission: To increase access to information and communication technologies (ICTs) and improve basic ICT skills at four levels in Lao PDR: the national government, the provincial government, the university and the community. More specifically, this project aims to:
• Bring connectivity to the government sector in Vientiane, to allow it to participate in regional and international activities
• Connect provincial systems to the central government and vice versa
• Bring connectivity to the National University of Laos, where faculty and students still do not have Internet access
