Second Meeting of Clusters at Corridor Level for Transport Corridor Almaty-Bishkek-Dushanbe
As a component of implementation of the UNDA project on capacity building for control authorities and transport operators to improve efficiency of cross-border transport in landlocked and transit developing countries, TD will organize the Second Meeting of Clusters at Corridor Level for Transport Corridor Almaty-Bishkek-Dushanbe in Almaty, Kazakhstan, on 29 May 2014. The meeting will be attended by transit transport clusters of the three countries of Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan) participating in the project. The clusters are comprised of main stakeholders, including representatives of government authorities and transport industry. The meeting is to adopt the action plan for clusters at corridor level to address the existing bottlenecks hindering the efficiency of road transport operations along the transport corridor based on collaborative solutions elaborated by the stakeholders.
